Feel really full up today but according to My Fitness Pal I still have 466 calories left only counting the exercise I’ve done bumbling round college. All I’ve done is snack too! But on fruit instead of biscuits.

Again I’ve given up a crappy meal (KFC that everyone else had and is currently eating in front of me) for a vegetable stir fry. I weighed out more vegetables to noodles as well. I haven’t exercised today cause its been hectic, instead I’ve ran up and down the stairs a few times and done 20reps of push ups, not much but something I hope.

Just turned down spaghetti carbonara for boiled eggs on toast, I feel better for it.

Day one of better eating! I missed breakfast cause I was in a rush! So I had an apple and a banana on the way to college, then had pasta for lunch! I’ve avoided biscuits all day even after being offered the most delicious looking cookie.

Elbow-To-Knee crunches
Hey guys, one of the most frequent questions I get is how to get rid of that annoying“lower pooch” or the ”lower donut” that girls commonly get.
It’s REALLY hard to get rid of but this is one of the BEST exercises to work your entire stomach and will help get rid of it!
I don’t know about you, but i don’t want a greasy donut IN MY STOMACH or ON MY STOMACH!
Yes, they’re painful… BUT WORTH IT!
